Can I post content that has been published elsewhere?

You CAN post material that you own, even if you’ve already posted it elsewhere, like on your blog. If you own the content, you may copy it from other places and publish it on (and vice versa) as long as you didn’t give exclusive rights to other platforms or publishers. But please be aware that currently, most search engines do NOT like duplicate content and will DOWNGRADE your or our website’s organic ranking because of duplicate content, so it is far better to write original content, or significantly change the wording, such as making updates to the information or re-writing for a target audience.
